Ocean&Arctic (Hav&Arktis)
The Centre for the Ocean and the Arctic works towards sustainable value creation from the ocean. It puts the ocean on the agenda, and contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It also facilitate partnerships for building sustainable blue business.
The Ocean Foundation
The Ocean Foundation’s mission is to support, strengthen, and promote those organizations dedicated to reversing the trend of destruction of ocean environments around the world. They focus their collective expertise on emerging threats in order to generate cutting edge solutions and better strategies for implementation.
UNESCO-IOC
The Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC) is the United Nations body responsible for supporting global ocean science and services. The IOC enables its 150 Member States to work together to protect the health of our shared ocean by coordinating programmes in areas such as ocean observations, tsunami warnings and marine spatial planning.
REV Ocean is honored to be part of Global Compact’s amazing global network of over 9,500 companies and 3,000 non-business participants that are committed to building a sustainable future.
We have signed the Sustainable Ocean Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, a framework for responsible business practices in the Ocean across sectors and geographies.
Selected as an official Nominator for The Earthshot Prize 2022. The Prize is scheduled to take place annually until 2030, each year awarding one-million-pound prizes to five winners with solutions in-line with five ‘Earthshot’ goals.
